Join our dynamic team as a Service Technician for the installation of new electrolysis plants and ancillary systems. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of our innovative projects, ensuring the successful installation and supervision of groundbreaking electrolysis technology. You will collaborate closely with various teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality and safe installations worldwide, making a significant impact on the energy landscape.
How You'll Make an Impact
1. Serve as a Technical Field Advisor, providing expertise and guidance throughout the installation process.
2. Ensure compliance with safety (HSE) and quality standards (EQS) to maintain a safe working environment.
3. Supervise and execute all assembly work based on Field Quality Plans (FQP), ensuring precision and quality.
4. Coordinate the assembly process, including managing scaffolding and scheduling subcontractors effectively.
5. Conduct inspections, monitor mechanical adjustments, and manage logistics between the warehouse and construction site.
What You Bring
6. A vocational degree (IHK) / Chamber of Crafts Degree / Mechatronics Technician / Industrial Mechanic or similar qualification.
7. Proven experience in managing and instructing subcontractors on construction sites.
8. A willingness to travel worldwide for field service (mandatory).
9. Proficiency in English (minimum Level B1) to communicate effectively in diverse environments.
10. Strong communication, team cohesion, and coordination skills, enabling you to work independently and autonomously in the technical field.
