As Simplifae faces technological and product challenges, and at the same time continues to grow, our management systems and certifications have a crucial role in rick prevention and mitigation, and in change management processes, applying the right controls and processes in the right timings.Therefore, we are looking for a Quality and Information Security Technician, responsible for complaints and security incidents treatment for the mitigation of all risks and impacts to the company with the focus on effectiveness, automatization, simplicity and rigor, and for supporting the management system maintenance certifications (ISO 27001, 27017, 27018, 22301, 2000 and 9001).In this role you will build a solid relationship with our internal clients, with growing levels of autonomy and responsibility and gaining comfort in the usage of Simplifae's technological suite and management systems.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and treat complaints and requests for clarification, ensuring adequate response to clients and within the defined deadlines;Treat incidents or nonconformities within the Simplifae Management Systems; Implementation, monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of corrective actions to mitigate all risks and impacts with a focus on accuracy, simplicity and efficiency.Collaborate in the planning and maintenance of the current management systems and in the projects of new certifications or new legal requirements and audits, contributing to the simplification, automatization and efficiency of the company processes in a perspective of greater efficiency, continuous improvement and added value for the client.Support in training and awareness of all employees in compliance with the rules and processes defined in the management systems;Collaborate in planning and conducting internal audits, according to the certified management systems;Support other teams to maintain the total effectiveness of the processes and systems.EducationMaster in Quality Engineering, Process Engineering or similar;Knowledge in ISO 9001 and 27001 standards, auditing and risk analysis techniques (valued).Knowledge in GDPR.Knowledge in General framework for the prevention of corruption.Skills & KnowledgeEnglish & Spanish (written and spoken) mandatory;Entrepreneurship, tenacity, proactive attitude and creative thinking;Ability to work with a team and by objectives;Simplicity and business and customer focus;Autonomy, proactivity and ambition;Strong analytical spirit;Internal audits skills.ExperienceExperience in complaints management is valued;Experience in internal audits is valued.Why join Simplifae?Join an international and fast-growing business: we are present in 3 countries with an international team from different nationalities with English as the official language;Competitive salary package: salary, fringe benefits, working benefits and variable bonus according to results;Up to 6 extra vacation days (related to attendance).Employee Assistance Program (includes free psychological and nutritional consultations. This includes establishing guidelines for information ownership and data classification.You will also ensure effective Business Continuity and Crisis Management by maintaining, testing, and updating Business Impact Analyses, disaster recovery plans, and continuity plans, while preparing all required crisis documentation.In addition, you will hold overall responsibility for physical security across the organization.Typical activities and responsibilities will include:Information SecurityElaborate a security strategyDefine and maintain security policies, processes and procedures (including identity and access management (AM) policies)Lead Cyber Security Risk ManagementMapping and understanding of the IT threat landscape for the banking industry and ensure continued compliance with laws and applicable regulations, cyber incident response planningReview and approve security settings (access profiles, authorizations, firewall rules, security-relevant settings)Initiate security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirementsDevelop and implement an ongoing risk assessment program targeting information security and privacy matters; recommend methods for vulnerability detection and remediation and oversee vulnerability testingDetermines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic assessments and log reviewsInitiates upgrades system by implementing and maintaining security controlsMaintain and operate Data Loss Prevention environment (define and implement rules, monitor blocked mails 'web access, release blocked mails)Conduct security awareness training to all personnel and enforce complianceClose collaboration with Compliance and IT functions in the bank as well as Information Security function in the Head OfficeManage third parties involved in IT security, including potential vendor selectionMain contact and support for security assessments regarding outsourcing and data protectionBusiness Continuity Management/ Crisis ManagementDefine and maintain Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management policiesLeading the Business Continuity Management cycle: Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Management Concept as well as leading the relevant testingPrude the necessary documentation for Crisis Management.Physical SecurityPrimary contact for the alarm systemContact with suppliers for maintaining the physical securityManagement of physical access controlWhat are we looking for?Technical skills:Knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations and compliance frameworks to enforce compliance.
