Main responsibilities:
Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery of projects and/or services;
Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment between business goals, technical vision, and client expectations;
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Monitor scope, deadlines, risks, and budgets, with strong adaptability;
Foster a culture of quality, pragmatism, and efficient delivery.
Requirements:
Solid experience in project or service management (in agile, traditional, or hybrid environments).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership capabilities in technical and cross-functional environments.
Business-oriented mindset and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Nice to have:
Experience in tech consulting or software development companies;
Knowledge in data, cloud, digital products, or integration projects;
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies;
PMP or equivalent certifications.
