At the moment we are looking for the following candidate: Automation Solution Expert (m/f) - Lisbon
Required Skills
* Proven experience of at least 2 years in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
* Hands-on experience in administration and configuration of RPA flows.
* Official RPA certifications (UiPath, Microsoft) are mandatory.
* Proven ability to conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
* Good knowledge of AI tools and API integrations.
* Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to system monitoring.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
* Effective English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style for different audiences.
* Action-oriented mindset, with persistence in following up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
