WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the successful candidate will be required to:
1. Help on driving business results for the total P&L own by the Sr. Brand Manager.
2. Collaborate on brand strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets, ensuring all consumer touchpoints align with brand equity.
3. Analyze Nielsen data, SAP data, and competitive activities to assess brand performance, monitor sales volumes, market share, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
4. Develop product and communication strategies based on consumer insights, executing promotional initiatives and brand activations.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to implement marketing plans effectively, managing product development tools to ensure timely execution.
6. Forecast new product launches and promotions, assisting in effective marketing budget management.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
7. Educational background: Bachelor's degree required (Economics, Business Management & Administration). Master in Marketing / MBA is a plus.
8. Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
9. Relevant experience in functional Marketing role in FMCG. Minimum 5 years of consolidated experience as Brand Manager in FMCG industry. Having worked in the food sector is a plus, as well as having experience working in close cooperation with sales and both traditional and modern channels.
10. Strong analytical skills with experience using Nielsen, SAP, and other market analysis tools.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market trends.
