* Define and implement the IT strategy;
* Manage and optimize the technological infrastructure;
* Lead, support, and develop the IT team;
* Ensure consistent application of cybersecurity policies;
* Manage external vendors and contracts;
* Support digital transformation projects;
* Act as the primary point of contact for critical incidents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
* Proven experience in IT management (ideally 5+ years);
* Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, and cybersecurity;
* Experience managing teams and external vendors;
* Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
* Natural curiosity and eagerness to introduce new ideas and tools that simplify daily work;
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).
