- Proven experience in IT procurement or administrative support roles within a technical or IT-related environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Portuguese (Portugal)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, such as Excel

- Knowledge of IT products and services
