Business analyst & controller

Key Challenges

• Work with financial data to generate meaningful insights for internal and external stakeholders
• Support pricing strategies and financial product management
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aligned with company goals

Main Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for business reporting
• Monitor key KPIs for the business line
• Support the implementation of reporting automation processes
• Assist in the analysis and execution of pricing strategies
• Create and manage financial products within internal systems
• Conduct market benchmarking analysis
• Participate in cross-functional projects aligned with the company's strategy

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Controlling, preferably within an international environment
• Experience with automation tools and processes is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation)
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on mindset
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik, or other reporting tools is valued
• Fluency in English is mandatory
