As an Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Handling production incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
* Coordinating and following up on infrastructure and application changes (e.g., maintenance windows, server updates).
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Dev, DBA, SysAdmin, Networking) to ensure application reliability and performance.
* Keeping technical documentation updated, including architecture diagrams, procedures, and supervision needs.
* Monitoring system performance using tools such as Zabbix or Grafana, and ensuring adherence to SLA requirements.
* Managing backups and performing restoration testing regularly.
* Analyzing recurring incidents, identifying root causes, and proposing automation or improvement initiatives.
* Participating in the architecture and deployment of new applications, ensuring infrastructure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
* DevOps mindset and willingness to learn.
