As a Sales Growth Expert, you will be responsible for driving revenue expansion within an existing customer base by leveraging digital channels and remote sales techniques. Your primary objective is to increase the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of managed accounts and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial skills, including cross-selling and upselling, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients. You will work closely with the marketing, helpdesk, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage existing customer relationships to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
* Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive ARR expansion.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in commercial management, sales, or a related field.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or SaaS companies.
* Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce.
* Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); French and Spanish are a plus.
