We are seeking a skilled Marketing Professional to contribute to our growth.
Job Description:
* To develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs that drive brand awareness and lead generation;
* Collaborate with the sales team to qualify MQLs and convert them to SQLS;
* Conduct stakeholder interviews and produce client cases;
* Support all aspects of digital marketing, including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing;
* Plan and execute marketing automation and email campaigns, ensuring proper lead nurturing and client relationship management;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with Sales and People Experience;
* Develop employer branding campaigns in sync with the HR department.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT sector;
* Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns;
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing automation, and analytics tools;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver compelling presentations;
* Strong organizational skills;
* Fluency in English and Portuguese;
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Tools and Technology Expertise:
* Marketing Automation and CRM: Proficiency in Hubspot is a plus;
* Digital Marketing and Analytics: Hands-on experience with SEO tools, Paid Advertising Platforms (e.g., Google Ads), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics);
* Social Media Management: Experience using social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or Buffer) for managing and tracking social media campaigns;
* Content Management: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Hubspot or WordPress) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office or Figma);
* Productivity Management: Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion or ClickUp, for example) to plan, organize, and track marketing projects and campaigns.
