The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Payroll to support the implementation of ADP GlobalView. This role will be pivotal in working closely with the Product Owner of Payroll, Absence, and Time at Flutter to ensure the successful integration of payroll and HR systems. You will play a key role in gathering business requirements, configuring systems, and ensuring the integration meets both business and technical needs.
As a Business Analyst - Payroll, you will report directly to the Product Owner and collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team across multiple departments.
What You'll Be Doing
* Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with the Product Owner of Payroll, Absence, and Time and other stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the move from Sage 100 to ADP GlobalView.
* Project Management Support: Support the Product Owner in managing the integration project from start to finish, ensuring key deliverables are met within the 9-month contract period.
* Data Migration & Testing: Lead data migration tasks and validate the accuracy of data transfer between Sage 100 and ADP GlobalView, ensuring that all data complies with payroll, absence, and time management requirements.
* Stakeholder Management: Acting as the local tech support for stakeholders. Report regularly to the Product Owner on project status, risks, and milestones, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the integration process.
* Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and other key departments to ensure business processes are well-aligned across all systems.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and efficiencies in payroll and time management processes as part of the integration.
* Reporting & Documentation: Ensure that all project documentation is up to date, including requirements, test cases, user guides, and integration reports.
What You'll Bring
* At least 3 full cycle Payroll Implementations with a focus on ADP GlobalView.
* Strong understanding of ADP GlobalView, Portugal payroll processes and Portuguese taxes.
* Proven experience in data migration, system configuration, and integration testing for enterprise systems.
* Familiarity with Workday is beneficial but not mandatory.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
* Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken) would be beneficial but not mandatory.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
* Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
* Familiarity with HRIS, ERP, or other HR/payroll solutions.
