With a network of 1,400 talented professionals across 10+ countries, we are committed to delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that empower our clients and foster professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative workplace.Role OverviewRespond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Portuguese through calls, chats & emailsHandle customer complaints and resolve issues effectivelyEnsure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communicationMaintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to managementRequirementsFluent in both Portuguese and EnglishPrevious experience in customer support or a similar roleExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPatient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindsetStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsConfident PC user (aware of cookies/cashу and why/when should clean them)Having an experience with crypto is huge plusAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in shifts – Morning, Afternoon, Night.
