Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new sales opportunities and target markets in the financial sector.
* Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
* Present services to clients with clarity and confidence, including Korean-speaking clients.
* Build and implement strategies tailored to the Korean market.
* Organize webinars, seminars, and local promotions to expand our presence in the market.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, promoting long-term business development.
* Plan and attend meetings and networking opportunities globally.
* Participate in major industry events, showcasing our expertise and leadership.
* Keep detailed records of business development activities, tracking progress and growth.
Requirements:
* Native or fluent Korean speaker (C2), with strong English (B2+).
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, demonstrating academic excellence.
* 1+ years of experience in business development within the financial sector, showcasing commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Strong research, planning, and strategic thinking ability, with a focus on market-driven initiatives.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to work efficiently in various software applications.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally, exploring new markets and opportunities.
