Yeotown, a world-renowned wellness retreat brand, is seeking a Front of House Manager to join our team at our award-winning Wellness Retreat located in Arco de Calheta, Madeira. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with strong hospitality skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for wellness and guest experience. Strong competitive salary, plus share of tips and commission on group and corporate venue hire. Please be based on or relocating to Madeira Island.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day front of house operations, ensuring smooth guest arrival, stay, and departure experiences.
* Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling requests and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
* Oversee reservations, guest communications, and administrative tasks.
* Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and wellness teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain Yeotown's high standards of service and brand values.
Requirements:
* Fluency in spoken and written English (essential).
* Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or front of house management.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional manner.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
* Portuguese language skills are an advantage but not required.
