Minimum Requirements
18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
Ability to build relationships
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Good experience of supporting devices such as Printers and Meeting Room equipment
Solid knowledge of English (B2 minimum)
Responsibilities
Help users with their problems and requests, thus putting a smile on their faces.
Analyse errors, maintain hardware, set up/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.
Support meeting rooms.
Support "hands and eyes" / "Smart hands".
Attend weekly telephone conferences with the international team (in English).
Inventory control.
