The Captain will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery in a luxury dining environment, overseeing the dining team and ensuring our guests receive a memorable experience.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the dining service team, ensuring high standards of guest service and hospitality are maintainedTrain, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standardsCoordinate the set-up and service for all dining events, including weddings, banquets, and private functionsMaintain an organized environment, overseeing table settings, service timing, and attention to guests' needsAddress guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally to enhance overall guest satisfactionEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all dining areasCollaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination on service deliveryQualificationsProven experience as a Captain or in a supervisory role in fine dining or luxury hospitality settingsStrong leadership abilities with a passion for providing excellent guest serviceFluent in English and Greek;
