Job Description:
Kelly Services, is a partner of a well-known company located in Miraflores, who is a global leader on offering a unique logistics and transportation experience.
Currently, and to reinforce their Shared Service’s team, we are recruiting a General Ledger Accountant (f/m/d) - English fluent (Minimum: B2).
Offer:

Workplace: Miraflores
Work schedule: 8h per day from 08:30 am to 5:30 pm, from Monday to Friday.
Note: first month is fully in the office, and afterward is a hybrid system.
Reporting directly to the General Ledger Manager, your mission is to perform several accounting and treasury tasks to the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.
Main responsibilities:
* Perform daily general ledger tasks, ensuring the strict application of the group policies.
* Prepares analysis of accounts as requested;
* Reconciles and maintains balance sheet accounts;
* Control and book specific general ledger entries;
* Control SAP interfaces;
* Monitor bank transfers (Kyriba) and perform the bank reconciliations;
* Provide general documentation requested by the Countries or external auditors;
* Assists on month closing specific tasks;
* Control of cash pooling accounts.
Profile:
* Technical and Professional Studies on Finance / Economics / Accounting / Management /Audit, preferably having a High-Level Education or equivalent.
* Experience proven on General ledger or similar job position (Accounts Payable, Treasury), minimum 2 years;
* Good knowledge in finance, accounting, and treasury;
* Fluency on Excel and SAP;
* Language: English mandatory (Minimum: B2).
