ROLE:
Proactive and corrective maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, VoIP, and applications;
Support for on-premises migrations and cross-client migrations in the context of business acquisitions (O365 and Azure);
Evaluation and implementation of new solutions aligned with the organization's needs;
Ensuring high system availability and performance;
Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and Operational Agreements;
Contributing to the continuous optimization of the technological environment;
Direct interaction with end users and clients, translating business needs into technical solutions;
Communicating with vendors, evaluating new products or solutions, and seeking their support when necessary;
Tracking incidents and requests, ensuring their timely resolution.
PROFILE:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology;
At least 5 years of professional experience in similar roles;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS and PaaS) and Microsoft 365;
Strong knowledge of networking and security best practices;
Proficiency in Azure AD (Azure Active Directory);
Experience with migration between Microsoft tenants (on-premises and cloud / O365);
Knowledge of VoIP solutions;
Experience with Fortinet solutions;
Knowledge of server operating systems;
Experience with troubleshooting tools such as PowerShell and scripting;
Ability to analyze and communicate complex issues with external support teams, as well as prepare technical reports;
Fluency in English (required);
Availability for work outside regular business hours;
Excellent analytical skills, troubleshooting abilities, and attention to detail;
Strong communication skills;
Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy.
