Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Process Consultant
to integrate our teams in a large-scale organizational environment, supporting the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of business processes. This role plays a key part in promoting operational efficiency, process standardization, and the adoption of Business Process Management (BPM) best practices, aligned with organizational standards and policies.
What you will do:
Analyze and diagnose existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities;
Design and model end-to-end processes aligned with organizational standards, policies, and process architecture principles;
Apply BPM bestpractices to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of process models;
Define, monitor, and support the evolution of process performance indicators (KPIs);
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization programs;
Support transformation initiatives by collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
What you are like:
Proficient in Business Process Management (BPM) concepts, methodologies, and best practices;
Experienced inbusiness process analysis, diagnosis, and end-to-end process modeling;
Skilled in defining and monitoring performance indicators and process metrics;
Knowledgeable in continuous improvement techniques and process optimization approaches;
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in complex organizational environments;
Familiarwith process-oriented organizational and enterprise architecture principles.
