Your new role
As a SAP HCM Consultant with a focus on Payroll, you will be responsible for delivering robust payroll solutions tailored to client needs. You'll work on configuring payroll schemas, ensuring legal compliance, and integrating payroll with time management and finance modules. Your role will be critical in supporting payroll operations, resolving complex issues, and enhancing system performance.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain SAP HCM Payroll components (schemas, rules, wage types)
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and tax regulations
Integrate Payroll with Time Management and Finance modules
Analyse and resolve payroll-related issues and errors
Support payroll runs, audits, and reporting activities
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimise payroll processes
Provide training and documentation for end-users
What you'll need to succeed
Solid experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration and support
Strong understanding of Portuguese payroll legislation
Ability to troubleshoot payroll errors and optimise schemas
Experience with Time Evaluation and Finance integration
SAP HCM certification is a plus
Fluent in English; Portuguese is an advantage
