Job Title: IT Project/Program Manager - HR Systems
Location: Lisbon, Portugal - Hybrid: 3 Days to Office Every Week

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced IT Program / Project Manager to lead large, complex, and cross-functional technology initiatives. The role will focus on driving strategic programs, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise HR and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead large-scale IT programs and multiple projects aligned with business strategy
* Drive M&A integration programs and HR IT / Payroll system implementations
* Manage Workday or similar enterprise HR system implementations
* Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and delivery success
* Establish program governance, reporting, and performance tracking
* Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, vendors, and global delivery teams
* Promote Agile ways of working and continuous improvement across delivery teams
* Mentor project managers and support high-performing cross-functional teams
Requirements
* 10-15 years of total experience with 6-10 years in IT program/project leadership
* Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation initiatives
* Strong experience with M&A programs, HR IT, Payroll systems, and Workday (or similar)
* Experience managing global teams and leading IT workstreams
* Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC
* Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet or similar tools
* Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred
