We are currently hiring French-speaking Customer Advisors (C2 level) for an on-site role in Porto.
What You'll Do
Support customers with subscription and billing inquiries
Assist with basic technical troubleshooting
Provide clear, solution-oriented communication
Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction
Location & Schedule
Porto, Portugal – Fully on-site
Monday to Saturday
Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00

€1020 gross base salary (paid over 14 months)
Guaranteed €100+ performance bonus for the first 3 months
€9.60/day meal allowance (net)
Up to €40/month transportation reimbursement
€150 welcome bonus (paid in the 4th month)
