Your Role:
We are seeking an HSE Specialist to join our team. As an HSE Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our workplace meets the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental sustainability. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures across your areas of expertise.
* Promoting and ensuring compliance with our company's health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Conducting and supporting incident investigations, risk assessments, and root cause analyses.
* Performing regular site inspections and internal audits to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
* Supporting external audits and regulatory inspections, including communication with vendors and authorities.
* Distributing Health, Safety, and Environmental training and awareness programs to internal teams.
* Monitoring and reporting health, safety, and environmental performance indicators, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university degree in a relevant field, such as Health, Safety, and Environment, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Engineering. Additionally, you will need to have 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, ideally within industrial or pharmaceutical environments. You will also need to possess strong communication skills, with the ability to engage vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders. Fluency in English is also required.
