Responsibilities:
Facilitating Agile Ceremonies
1. Organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies to promote effective collaboration and communication among team members.
Product Owner Support
1. Collaborate with the product owner to maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog that aligns with the team's goals and objectives.
Scrum Framework Promotion
1. Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values by advocating for their implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
Obstacle Removal
1. Identify and address potential obstacles hindering team productivity by promoting open communication and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders.
Team Collaboration Enhancement
1. Encourage effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders to ensure alignment of individual and team needs.
Transparency Management
1. Maintain project visibility through tools like sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and other Scrum artifacts to foster transparency and accountability.
Continuous Improvement Initiative
1. Participate in retrospectives to identify areas for enhancement and implement actionable solutions that drive process improvements.
