A glimpse in your role:As a Sales Executive at Global Blue by Shift4, you'll be on the front lines of growth.
This is a high-energy, high-impact role where you will hunt for new business, win new logos, and help merchants unlock the full value of our payment terminals, software, and services.If you love being out in the field, opening doors, closing deals, and building long-term relationships, this role is for you.Your territory will focus primarily on Lisbon and Porto, working closely with local merchants and partners across these two key markets.Your responsibilities include:Hunt for new business through cold outreach, networking, and referralsBook and run merchant meetings to demo our payment terminals and solutionsClose deals in a fast-paced sales cycle and grow your territoryUpsell and cross-sell hardware, software, and professional servicesBecome a trusted advisor to merchants by understanding their needsExplain the value of our end-to-end commerce solutions clearly and confidentlyRead and analyze merchant acquiring statements to position better offersKeep your CRM and pipeline sharp and up to dateStay connected with your manager and aligned with company standardsContinuously build your product and industry knowledgeMain KPI's:Leads generated & outreach activityNew logos signed & deals closedMonthly & quarterly quota achievementClient satisfaction & retentionCRM accuracy & pipeline hygieneProfessionalism & brand representationEvery action has an impact.
