Experis is looking for a results-driven IT Recruiter to join our client's growing Talent Acquisition team within a dynamic consulting environment. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent across a wide range of projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles (from briefing to offer stage)
* Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand project needs
* Source and engage top IT talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
* Conduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
* Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house, consulting experience is a plus)
* Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., software development, cloud, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure)
* Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Fluent in English (mandatory)
* Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset
* Candidates must be located in Portugal as we have an hybrid model
