A leading European industrial group is seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst – Finance to support the rollout of a unified ERP solution across multiple business units. This is a strategic role within a fast-paced, international environment, offering the opportunity to lead transformador initiatives across finance domains.
Your New Role
As ERP Business Analyst – Finance, you will act as the bridge between finance, business operations, and ERP implementation teams. You will guide local finance teams through the rollout of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring alignment with financial, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading FIT-GAP workshops and process mapping across finance domains (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, costing, bank management, reporting);
- Supporting and eventually leading ERP rollouts across European tranches;
- Documenting and improving financial processes using BPMN or similar methodologies;
- Ensuring compliance with local and group accounting standards;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver ERP solutions;
- Validating project outcomes and ensuring alignment with business expectations
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Finance Business Analyst;
- Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controla;
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations;
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a pus;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving;
- Willingness to travel across European sites
