We are seeking an experienced Designer with strong skills in Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining highly personalised, scalable, and compliant customer communications across multiple channels.

What we require
• Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates using industry-standard software (print and digital outputs).
• Implement dynamic content, business rules, and data mappings to support personalised, data-driven communications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust CCM solutions.
• Ensure multi-channel delivery of communications (PDF, print, email, HTML, digital channels) from a single source.
• Maintain and improve existing assets, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support deployments across all environments (Dev, QA, Preprod, Prod), following established release processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in preproduction and production environments, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Contribute to platform standards, best practices, and documentation within the CCM ecosystem.
