Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Providing excellent customer support via email, chat, and outbound phone calls to advertisers on a major global social media platform.
2. Assisting with pre- and post-sales queries related to online advertising tools and services, ensuring our clients receive the best possible support.
3. Guiding clients in navigating platform tools, resolving bugs, and improving ad performance to drive business growth.
4. Analyzing trends and troubleshooting common issues affecting business users to provide proactive solutions.
5. Offering white glove support by converting email/chat cases into proactive outbound assistance to exceed client expectations.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Fluent Spanish (C2 level) and English (B2 level) skills, both written and spoken.
* Previous experience in customer service or digital marketing is a plus.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to navigate complex issues.
* Able to multitask using various tools and systems to deliver high-quality results.
* EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work authorization required.
