As part of our Business Management and Transformation Division, you will play a key role in driving global marketing processes and optimizing KPI frameworks to enhance business efficiency and maximize ROI.
This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with strong understanding of process engineering principles and reporting methodologies.
Key responsibilities include analyzing and improving marketing and budgeting processes, maintaining reports and dashboards, and monitoring budget performance.
Stakeholder collaboration and training are essential in this role, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Process Mapping: Analyze existing marketing and budgeting processes to identify areas for improvement and eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
* Process Automation: Design and implement process improvements across marketing and budgeting functions, leveraging automation and AI tools to streamline workflows.
* Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor budget performance and provide actionable insights.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in budget management, financial planning, or business analysis.
* Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and marketing budgeting processes.
