Payroll Analyst - German Speaker
to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain compliance with legal and internal standards, and support reporting and audit requirements.

Description
Main Responsibilities:
* Payroll Processing:
Manage end-to-end payroll activities for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with German labor regulations.
* Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure proper calculation of taxes, social security, and deductions; prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate documentation.
* Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies promptly.
* Audits & Data Integrity:
Support internal and external audits, maintain payroll records, and ensure data integrity within the system.
* Process Improvement:
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Profile
* Languages:
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Experience:
Previous experience in payroll processing or a related accounting/finance role; experience in Shared Services environment is a plus.
* Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of payroll systems, German labor laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical skills, ability to work under deadlines, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
