Business Analyst Position
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to join a large-scale PolicyCenter implementation project.
You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, properly configured, and successfully integrated into the PolicyCenter platform.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to PolicyCenter modules.
* Collaborate with business users, developers, and architects to translate functional needs into technical specifications.
* Work closely with configuration and integration teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Communicate effectively in English and French with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst within PolicyCenter projects.
* Expertise in either Configuration or Integration workstreams.
* Excellent understanding of insurance domain processes (policy, billing, claims, etc.).
* Ability to write clear user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
* Previous experience working in Agile delivery environments.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Experience with other Guidewire modules (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
* Knowledge of integration technologies (SOAP, REST, API).
* Prior consulting or client-facing experience on multinational projects.
