Our client is one of the most popular airlines with a network of many connections across Europe. Due to the easing of restrictions, interest in the services is growing very rapidly.

We are therefore looking for reinforcements in the form of Italian-speaking employees for our team in Lisbon/Portugal.

We are looking for you

What are your responsibilities?

* Manage legal claims with various entities together with lawyers, solicitors and national enforcement authorities
* Be the connection between the legal department of the airline and its customers,
* Manage their concerns and offer the best service for customers with claims, e.g. E.g. - lost luggage / damaged luggage / travel problems / canceled flights / delays etc.
* Understand your client's unique situation and continue to treat and monitor their legal claims
* Check that carriers treat all passengers according to their rights

What do we expect:

* Fluency in Italian (C2 - native)
* Communicative English level (min. B2)
* You live anywhere in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate there
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
* You are looking for adventure in fast growing, international company
* We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything

Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance) :

* 1000€ gross x 14 months (it's 1066€ gross x 12 months)
* 10€ gross- fixed monthly project bonus
* up to 175€ gross performance bonus,
* 20 €/month - Transport allowance
* €7.23 NET/day meal voucher

* Possible start: 25. September
* Working time frames: Monday - Friday 08:00- 17:00 (40h per week, 5days per week)
* Full time, renewable employment contract for 6 months (according to the Portuguese law)
