* Support and advise business units in the Enterprise Service Management environment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
* Ensure optimal support of ITSM processes by the ESM application, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
* Train ITSM process and ESM application users, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
* Collaborate closely with other process owners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
