Role:
Clarifying for customers
Gathering information about customers
Ensuring quality service
Analysing processes and identifying improvements for optimisation
Suggest new improvement strategies
Managing customer databases
Hard Skills:
- Fluency in English
- MS Office
About you:
Completed 12th year
Customer service skills, organisation and results orientation
Teamwork and communication skills
