Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Agile ceremonies and rituals across multiple squads
* Coach key business representatives in adopting Agile methodologies
* Develop and maintain efficient backlogs and plannings with project teams
* Implement KPIs to track squad activity and performance
* Identify and mitigate key risks and dependencies
Requirements:
1. 5-10 years of experience in Scrum methodology
2. Proficiency in main Scrum tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro)
3. Ability to drive Quarter Agile Planning
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Focused on delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences
