This project involves working with the European stock market area. Despite our development center being located in Porto and administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team spread across several European cities.
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join us in Porto (hybrid model). This role requires excellent project planning and execution skills, as well as leadership and communication abilities.
* Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines, resources, budget, and milestones to ensure successful project completion;
* Documentation Management: Oversee the creation of detailed specifications and test plans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets industry standards;
* Leadership and Communication: Lead the different IT teams, facilitate effective communication, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress;
* Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress, and ensuring alignment with business objectives;
* Software Delivery: Coordinate with the development teams to ensure software products meet specified requirements and quality standards, managing the entire software development lifecycle;
* Risk and Quality Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all deliverables undergo rigorous quality assurance processes;
* Develop and secure a comprehensive migration strategy to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment;
* Coordinate with relevant teams to manage data migration and system integration.
Certification in specific Agile or waterfall methodologies (Scrum master, PMP, PRINCE2) would be beneficial for this role.
