/pp We#39;re looking for a freelance Account Manager who thrives with ownership, loves creating strategies that connect with people, and enjoys managing content that makes a positive impact.
You#39;ll work in anagency-style environment, collaborating with creatives and strategists, but with the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

/pp What you#39;ll do /pulli Manage 1- 3 Instagram accounts (for wellness brands and influencers), depending on workload and account size.
/lili Create monthly content calendars aligned with client strategy.
/lili Write engaging, on-brand captions that connect with the audience.
/lili Schedule and publish content using Metricool.
/lili Brief and coordinate with our video editor and graphic designer.
/lili Communicate with clients via email or WhatsApp in a proactive, professional way.
/lili Collaborate with our internal team on Slack and keep tasks organised in ClickUp.
/lili Track performance, analyse insights, and flag opportunities for growth and improvement.
/li /ulp What we#39;re looking for /pulli Experience managing Instagram accounts for brands or other people (not just personal use).
/lili Strong understanding of social media strategy.
beyond just "posting for the sake of posting." /lili Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
/lili Ability to manage multiple accounts smoothly and independently.
/lili Strong written English with a great eye for detail (grammar, tone, consistency).
/lili Genuine interest in health, wellness, fitness, or nutrition.
/li /ulp Bonus points if you have: /pulli Experience with ClickUp and Metricool.
/lili Examples of growing social accounts, improving engagement, or executing successful campaigns.
/lili Background (education or work) in health, wellness, or alternative medicine.
/li /ulp Additional details /pulli Interviews can be scheduled between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Lisbon time (Mon–Fri).

Estimated workload is ***** hours per week (max).
