* Expertise in delivering complex, scalable IT solutions and strong problem-solving and technical aptitude.
* Leadership and people management skills to inspire, mentor, and develop a cohesive team.
* Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory; knowledge of French is a valuable asset.
