The Procurement Administrator - German Speaker will support procurement and supply chain operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring effective communication with the German market.
Description
Provide administrative support to the procurement process end-to-end.
Communicate effectively with German-speaking suppliers.
Monitor purchasing requisitions, create and monitor purchase orders, trigger approval workflows and clarify any inconsistencies and errors prior to send-out, while ensuring process of delivery model is maintained to defined timings and targets.
Maintain and update supplier databases and records accurately. Maintain contracts in the system.
Maintain forms and update prices.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Profile
Work experience in Admin Procurement or related areas (>1,5 years) - preferred, not mandatory.
Degree in Business, Economics or equivalent / higher education.
Exposure to multinational contexts, ideally Shared Services or Outsourcing structures.
Professional working proficiency in English and German.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric, service-oriented mindset.
Assertiveness, organized and rigorous profile.
Flexible, resilient and team-player.
Mature and strong interpersonal profile.
Good MS-Office skills.
Basic experience in SAP and/-or JDE.
