We are seeking an exceptional Senior Marketing Professional to lead our digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs to drive brand awareness and lead generation;
* Collaborate with the sales team to qualify MQLs and convert them to SQLS;
* Produce client cases through interviews with stakeholders and company representatives;
* Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing;
* Support the planning and execution of marketing automation and email campaigns, ensuring proper lead nurturing and client relationship management;
* Align marketing strategies with Sales and People Experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams;
* Develop and coordinate employer branding campaigns in sync with the HR department.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT sector;
* A proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns;
* A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing automation, and analytics tools;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver compelling presentations;
* Strong organizational skills;
* Fluency in English;
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Tools and Technology Experience:
* Marketing Automation and CRM: Proficiency in Hubspot is a plus;
* Digital Marketing and Analytics: Hands-on experience with SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, Paid Advertising Platforms (e.g., Google Ads), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics);
* Social Media Management: Experience using social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or Buffer) for managing and tracking social media campaigns;
* Content Management: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Hubspot or WordPress) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office or Figma);
* Productivity Management: Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion or ClickUp) to plan, organize, and track marketing projects and campaigns.
