PROFILE:
* Higher education in Information Technology or similar;
* Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in software development (experience with data systems and/or AI/ML integration in backend applications will be valued)
* Proficiency in Python for data and artificial intelligence applications;
* Proven experience in designing and implementing software architecture, applying standards and best practices;
* Leadership skills, with the ability to guide technical teams, distribute tasks, and estimate development effort;
* Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions and making strategic decisions;
* Solid knowledge of software engineering principles applied to scalable data and AI systems;
* Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including tools, services, and implementation strategies, will be valued;
* Knowledge of frontend/backend communication patterns to support architecture and integration decisions will be valued;
* Analytical skills for debugging complex systems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions;
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and technical project management;
* Fluency in English;
* Excellent communication skills;
* High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative for continuous improvement of solutions.
