We're hiring at EBBA We're looking for an E-commerce Brand Owner to lead one of our fastest-growing DTC brands. This brand has already generated $5M+ in sales in the last 4 months — and now needs someone to help take it to the next stage. E-commerce Brand Owner Lisbon hybrid Competetive Fixed salary + Performance-based upside Variable comp can reach up to 3x annual fixed salary This is not a simply marketing, media buying, ops, CRO, or project management role. It's a Business Ownership role. You'll work directly with the founders, and teams across Growth, Tech, Ops and Finance. You'll own the brand's operating rhythm, connect the dots across teams, identify bottlenecks, and make sure the right actions are happening fast. You'll be managing everything of that brand, eg: revenue margin / profitability ROAS, MER, CAC AOV & conversion rate refunds / chargebacks customer feedback fulfilment & operational issues We're looking for someone with: 2–5+ years in e-commerce, startups, growth, operations, consulting, or similar strong analytical and business sense understanding of DTC/e-commerce economics ability to manage cross-functional teams clear English communication availability for a Lisbon-based hybrid setup Nice to have: Shopify experience Meta / TikTok / Google Ads exposure CRO, funnel, upsell, or lifecycle experience previous ownership of a brand, product line, or digital business This is for someone who wants to own both the Process and the Outcomes, not just tasks.
