About the Role
We are looking for anambitious Community Builderto create and own the strongest global community in theemail deliverability space.
This is not a maintenance role.
You willbuild the community from scratch, define its strategy, grow it, and turn it into a key growth engine for the company.
You will manage and scale communities across:
Slack
WhatsApp
Telegram
Discord
Your mission:
Make this the#1 place in the world for email deliverability professionals
What You'll Do
Build and launch the community from zero ? strategy, structure, positioning
Own and manage all community platforms (Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord)
Grow the community withhigh-quality B2B members(marketers, SDRs, founders, deliverability experts)
Create ongoing engagement: discussions, AMAs, events, expert sessions
Turn the community into avalue-driven ecosystem, not just a chat group
Moderate conversations and maintain high-quality standards
Identify and activatepower users and ambassadors
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align messaging and feedback loops
Use the community as asource of insights, content, and growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
3+ years experiencein Community, Content, or Growth roles (B2B SaaS preferred)
Proven experience building or scalingonline communities
Strong understanding ofB2B audiencesand how to engage them
Ability to createhigh-value discussions, not just activity
Excellent communication skills in English (clear, sharp, engaging)
Highly organized and able to manage multiple platforms simultaneously
