We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of VidiNet and Broadcast Management System (BMS) projects.
This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with customers and internal teams to help deliver projects, coordinate activities, and support positive outcomes.
What you'll do
* Coordinate project activities across the full lifecycle (planning to delivery)
* Support project scope, timelines, and deliverables
* Facilitate requirements gathering and help maintain clear project documentation
* Track project progress and support reporting to stakeholders
* Identify and help manage risks, issues, and dependencies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, customer teams)
* Act as a point of contact for customer and internal stakeholders
* Support change management processes and project updates
Experience
* Experience in project management, delivery, or coordination roles in IT or software environments
* Experience working on customer-facing or technical projects
* Exposure to media, broadcast, or content systems is helpful but not required
* Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Skills
* Understanding of project delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
* Ability to work with technical concepts such as integrations or cloud-based systems
* Experience supporting requirements, scope, or change management activities
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Tools
* Project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
* Familiarity with media workflows or MAM systems
