Provide technical customer support for Website Solutions via phone, email, and chatAssist customers with website tools, digital products, and online servicesIdentify customer needs and recommend suitable technical or digital solutionsEnsure timely follow‐up and resolution of customer requestsCollaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless supportMaintain high service quality and customer satisfaction levels Candidate RequirementsLanguage Skills
