Technical Development Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Development Specialist in the Energy Solutions division. The role involves working on challenging projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation.
* Implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
* Design and implementation of 5S Stations and corresponding Tooling to streamline workflows.
* Execution of Single-Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) actions and Spaghetti Diagrams to improve production processes.
* Support in Cycle Time Measurement and proposing improvements to optimize productivity.
* Application of Lean principles to eliminate waste and maximize value.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* The ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
* Prior experience with MS Excel and excellent knowledge of English language skills.
* Demonstrated dynamism, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
