We are hiring
German-Speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialists
to support advertisers and digital marketing clients in a structured, service-driven environment. This role combines
paid advertising knowledge
with strong customer support and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
* Support clients with paid advertising campaigns and related inquiries
* Asist with campaign setup, performance questions, and basic troubleshooting
* Provide guidance on social media platforms and digital advertising tools
* Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat
* Follow defined processes while meeting quality and productivity KPIs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve campaign or technical issues
Requirements
* Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)
* Degree in Marketing or a related field
* Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
* Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals
* Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation
* Base salary: €1,100 gross × 14 months
* Complexity bonus: €60 × 11 months
Working Hours & Shifts
Initial phase (12-hour coverage):
* Monday–Sunday | 07:00–19:00
* Two shifts:
* 07:00–16:00
* 10:00–19:00
Later phase (to be confirmed by the client):
* 24/7 operation, Monday–Sunday
* Rotative shifts
* 2 rotative days off
