Project Leadership Role
We are seeking a seasoned engineering project leader to oversee projects and ensure successful outcomes.
This key position will act as the primary point of contact for clients, making collaborative decisions to drive project success.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage engineering projects from initiation to closure, focusing on timely delivery, scope management, and quality standards.
* Create and implement project plans, allocate resources effectively, and identify potential risks.
* Maintain regular project progress monitoring, flagging any deviations and taking corrective actions as needed.
* Negotiate changes in scope with clients when required.
* Track project billing based on completed milestones.
* Host regular project meetings, including phase and project closures.
* Develop and manage project documentation:
* Progress Reports
* Phase/Project Closure Reports
* Scope Change Requests
* Resolve conflicts effectively within the team and with clients.
* Report project status bi-weekly to the PMO and technical leadership, and regularly to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT or PLM implementation projects.
* Desirable: Experience in Business Process Analysis and Management.
